We are trying to find a basic treatise specifically dealing with securities class actions. We know about the Standford website but we need a book.
I have checked Law Books & Serials In Print, IndexMaster, OCLC, LC, West, Aspen, Lexis/Bender, and the catalogs of several law schools. We have the entire Clark Boardman/West Securities Law Series and Newberg on Class Actions in our collection. However, we need more than a chapter. Your advice will be appreciated greatly and passed on to the rest of the list. Thank you.
