Thanks to everyone who sent me suggestions on dealing with Aspen and the
sales tax problem. One of their customer service supervisors called me and
has promised to fix the problem. She says whenever Aspen picks up a title
from one of the other publishers, a new account gets created and the sales
tax exemption has to be set up again. She's promised to consolidate all our
accounts with the exemption.
