Has any other non-profit library had a problem with Aspen charging you sales
tax? I have faxed our tax exempt certificate to them at least 50 times (I
am not exaggerating here) and they continue to bill us for it. Calling them
and complaining does no good - they only tell you that if you'll fax it to
them one more time, they'll never ask for it again. Then the next bill you
get, there it is again.
Any suggestions?
