I've spent most of the afternoon, trying to track down a scholarly paper
which was discussed in an article by NYT reporter Floyd Norris. It appears
on page C1 of today's New York Times:

The paper was written by law professor William T. Allen of NYU, Jack B.
Jacobs and Leo E. Strine Jr., chancellors in Delaware.
I left messages for the reporter (who's out of the office today), and
professor Allen. I also called Chancellor Stine's office in Delaware. The
woman who answered said the article would be published in the next issue of
The Business Lawyer. I also have a call in to the editor of the Business
Lawyer. I don't expect to hear from anyone before Monday.
Has anyone had any luck getting their hands on this paper? If so, please
contact me. (I'm sure other people are trying to get a copy, as well).
