Working on 7 years as a law librarian--
formerly a high school teacher/attorney/US Marine

Never have headaches--
Never had taken an aspirin (until Doc said to thin 60yr-old blood this year)
Nothwithstanding latte/pepsi/chocolate at the first sign of stress

Routine:
yoga/t'ai chi/meditation early every morning
aerobics/weights at noon
early to bed

Doesn't seem to hurt to pray to that Big Librarian in the sky either.

In case you missed it, we rank # 2!!!

NEW YORK, NEW YORK (June 5, 2001) --
Accountants reported getting the greatest number of headaches during the
work week, according to the Excedrin@Work Headache-by-Profession Index, a
new survey sponsored by ExcedrinŽ to determine which professions are most
likely to trigger head pain.
Closely following accountants, 49 percent of whom reported suffering weekday
headaches, were librarians (43 percent), bus and truck drivers (42 percent)
and construction workers (38 percent), rounding out the list of the top
headache-producing professions.

"Librarians stated that people who have "no clue" how to use research
resources cause the most headaches (56 percent) for them."
