I am in urgent need of an article with this information:
Stephen I. Glover "Getting Out Gracefully: Seven Exit Procedures" Strategic
Alliance Alert, June 1994 at 1-4.
I believe it was published by Leader Publications from 1994-1995 only, this
publisher is now America Lawyers Media (?). This was cited in a PLI Course
Handbook.
I have searched Wexis, OCLC, various web sites. I have a call into the
publisher but they do not seem to be very responsive. If you could assist
me in locating this I would be most appreciative. The best scenario would
be if someone has the article and would be kind enough to fax, but any other
means or assistance is also welcomed and will pay any costs involved. Thank
