This site looks very troubling from the point of view of personal privacy.
Especially with common names, it would seem quite likely to cause
problems. At least with the credit reporting agencies, they are somewhat
regulated and the data subject has some recourse if there is erroneous
information. What's to protect people from having misleading information
about them disseminated through this sort of service. I'm also concerned
that this type of material could be misused by employers, landlords, etc.
for invasive purposes.
There are legitimate avenues for collecting this type of information
through established law enforcement agencies under appropriate and limited
circumstances. It's troubling to see this sort of database commercialized.
