Michigan Court Rules dictate the order by which a
plaintiff may file in a particular jurisdiction. The
first area is where the cause of action took place.
The next is the jurisdiction of defendant's residence.
We have sought the rule under Michigan Court Rules
2.100 and Michigan 7; but with no success.
We would be very grateful for any assistance.
