I will echo the comments about LivEDGAR (Global Securities Inc.).
The customer support and training are excellent, and the search engine is
much more sophisticated than any of the other Internet EDGAR products, as
well as having options that I find better even than using EDGARP on Lexis,
e.g. deal rankings and free watches.
And if you are interested in billing back the cost of your research, you
receive a statement similar to a Lexis bill with each attorney's research
broken out with client identifiers.
