Hi Rochelle - My attorneys use GSI - Global Securities Information, Inc. 800-669-1154. The costs are reasonable. Most of them conduct their own searches and I do the searches for the partners that don't want to do computer research. Everyone is happy with the product and the service. There is a "live filing" section which I think is updated every 15 minutes while you are on line. There are many bells and whistles for those who want them or like custom searches, but I stick to the very basic retrieval of 10-K's, proxy statements and merger/acquisition notices. For the things I need there is a very short learning curve, which I appreciate. Hope this helps.
