I'm looking for the article in the 14th Annual Institute on Securities
Regulation, Vol. 1, p. 471 published ( I believe) in 1982 by PLI. We have
the 13th & 15th editions, but of course the 14th is missing. The article
is authored by Scarff. If the article isn't too long and you can fax it to
me, I'd appreciate it.
