Hello, fellow law-libbers. I am once again on the warpath for the "perfect" resource. An attorney here is interested in acquiring a treatise with forms (preferably on disk) regarding the drafting of cafeteria plans (aka Section 125 plans). He has already looked at the SunGard Corbel "pay-as-you-go" service and rejected it. We do have the BNA Tax Management Portfolios, but he would like something a little more substantial. Do any of you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
