I am trying to track down a comprehensive list of federal crimes that are
misdemeanors (and treated as such for sentencing under the Federal
Sentencing Guidelines.) I've checked a depressingly large number of
websites and a variety of treatises without success. Any ideas, on this
Friday afternoon?
