25-2-6819 West v. Cy. of Hudson, et al., App. Div. (per curiam) (3 pp.) The
motion judge properly concluded that plaintiff had not established the
requisite elements of a prima facie case for either her gender or racial
discrimination claims. Inter alia, although plaintiff alleged that her work
assignment was changed after she returned to work following dismissal of
criminal charges against her, she still worked the same shift and suffered
no reduction in compensation or benefits; thus, the judge found that she had
not suffered an adverse employment action.

The other case seemed odd...there is NO "Clark County" in New Jersey.
That's because it is in Nevada and it's a US Supreme Court case-- a freebie

I need to locate the following two New Jersey cases. Wexis was tried as
well as the Rutgers web site of court opinions:
1. Clark County School District v. Shirley A. Breeden, No. 00-866 April 23,
2001 (App Div)
2. West v County of Hudson, et al., A02625-99T5 April 25, 2001 (Supreme
Court of New Jersey)
If anyone out there has either or both of these two decisions I would
appreciate them emailing me and arranging to fax them to me. I would be
