Greetings, I need the web link for :
1. Gile v Olsten 99-55592 9th C.C.12-1-00 AGE DISCRIMINATION;
2. Ali v Alamo 4th C.C. 3-6-01
Findlaw has most, but not these two, and it seems no where else on the web
(that I have looked has)
and they were not in the treatise updates services for the topic when I looked.
Can someone shed some light on why some cases are omitted like it seems
these are (besides, of course) human error.
Thanks so much for the link to the ABA site and another site for the
"members only" ACCA documents I needed earlier.
This is a fantastic network. I learn so much from just reading other's
problems and solutions.
I suppose I could just rack up some on-line fees, but my searches aren't
for "billable" items, just following current events so I like to show the
web really does have reliable resources, etc. <SMILE>
