There are a lot of companies out there that provide this type of service.
Without working directly with one of those companies I doubt he/she could
get a copy of their service agreement. We do not use a service like this so
I have nothing here to share. I would suggest that this person search the
internet for companies that provide this service and contact one or two to
see if they can get a copy of an agreement.
