We are looking for an offering memo of a private Swiss fund, Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung Private Equity. Credit Suisse Asset Management issued the memo. We have contacted CSFB here in NY and they were not able to get the document for us. Would anyone know where we can go to get this information? Would it be a public document that would be available through the net or through a European agency?
