I have been asked to find the complaint (or amended complaint) in two trial
court cases that were appealed, one from New Jersey, and one from Maryland.
If they were Connecticut cases, we would have the Record and Briefs from the
appeal, and the complaint would be included in the record. I am hoping it
is that simple in New Jersey and Maryland!
The New Jersey case was appealed to the New Jersey Supreme Court. The
Supreme Court cite is Perna v. Pirozzi 92 N.J. 446, 457 A.2d 431 (1983).
The Maryland case was appealed to the Court of Appeals of Maryland. The
Court of Appeals cite is Dingle v. Belin 358 Md. 354, 749 A.2d 157 (2000).
Thank you.
