Are you retaining all annual supplements to Scott on Trusts 4th or just the
current supplement?
A corporate client called about his set of Scott on Trusts 4th. It is kept
up to date, but he does not know if he should retain all supplements or just
the latest one.
My library has retained the latest supplement. I checked the online
catalogs of two law libraries, one of the libraries retained the previous
bound supplements and one did not. He called the publisher and did not get
a clear answer.
I do not have the filing instructions that might have come with the new
volumes. The preface states the supplement updates the volumes of the 4th
edition, and covers materials accessible on 1-1-2000.
