Aspen Rant- unbelievable

After reading all the recent Aspen Rant posts, I just had to share this with
everyone. It's just so annoyingly stupid that it would almost be funny if I
didn't have to resolve it with Aspen.

Just as a set up, we have no librarian in our Baltimore office- I have a
filer who checks in our mail, files, and sends me the invoices once a week.

This morning I received my inter-office envelope from my Baltimore filer.
Inside was an invoice from Aspen, addressed to a filer who hasn't worked
there in over a year and to NationsBank (we've been Bank of America since
1998). The invoice clearly states "Sales REP Override", just as so many of
you have been ranting about... but here's the kicker...
The title they decided to send us without permission? TOPICS IN LANGUAGE
DISORDERS.
Why IN THE WORLD would a corporate legal department want such a thing? Who
ARE these sales reps that are doing this overriding??? It's just so dumb, I
had to laugh (partially out of frustration, but still...)

Ugh! I'll deal with this on Tuesday, after forgetting about it over the
long President's Day weekend! Happy Friday, all..
