Okay, just to show that Aspen will at least try to make it right when they
screw up (sometimes). I ordered a book from them. One of those kind that you
can't get the information from somewhere else. Prepaid by check even. But
what I got was the supplement for the title. HUH? I called my rep (took two
days of phone tag but I finally got him personally). I told him what was up.
He looked at our record. He was just as surprised by what happened (he
says). He never got the check, he claims, someone else must have keyed it
in. But he said that he would credit the cost of the supplement (which we
were to get for free with our books) and key an order for the books. Plus he
said that they would rush them (3-4 days) at their cost (as they should).
We'll see what happens next week.
