I am looking for a practical article which provides guidance to a local
(Newport) attorney who wishes to wind down his law practice.
He doesn't want to retire, but to continue in a reduced capacity. I
have checked all the standard indices, but without hitting the nail on
the head. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
