OCLC Record?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to get the exact title of an item published by West, which goes something like this (this is from a title on a statement, so it's not that helpful).

Essential Facts Employment.

Upon calling West, I was given an author, Robert Nobile, but not much of a better title (I was told it was Essential Facts: Employment, so at least I got a colon out of the call).

I've checked OhioLink Central Catalog (Ohio's academic consortium), as well as area Law Library catalogs and WorldCat via Cleveland Public Library's site. However, I don't have native access to OCLC.

Can someone forward me this record? I can tell you that although West took over an item with a similar name from WGL, that is not the same record (according to West). This is an item formerly published by RIA, but it is not the WGL item.
