This is a long-shot request: Does anyone happen to have a copy of the IAAF
publication "Procedural Guidelines for Doping Control 2000"? The IAAF is
located in Monaco. A call to the Federation made last night hasn't been
returned and the attorney needs this publication for something due Monday.
