I definitely have noticed a disturbing trend in the accuracy of
the CCH materials. I have made 3 calls this year to notify them
of mistakes we found. All of these errors were found by senior
attorneys who practice extensively in this area and just knew they
wrong. The scary part is how many have not been caught and are
new associates relying on inaccurate materials

Good morning all,
I just had a very disturbing call from one of my attorneys
regarding the above title and wanted to see if anyone else was
having similar problems or had heard similar grumblings.
According to the attorney, at least three times in the past few
weeks he has pulled information from the reporter only to find out
from the state that changes have been made and our information is
out of date. Since this publication is updated so frequently that
is quite disturbing. We have received all of our updates and all
have been filed in a timely manner.
The attorney could not say if all of these instances were for
brand new changes. If that is the case then the simple lag time it
takes for official changes to make it to the publisher for
printing may account for some of this. It is just quite
disconcerting that it has happened so frequently recently.
Any thoughts, ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated. The
attorney is to the point of not wanting to use this source at all
now.
