There are actually two dissents by Judge Musmanno that make entertaining
reading. ONe is Commonwealth v. Robin, 218 A.2d 456 (1966) - noted below.
The other is Commonwealth v. Dell Publications, 233 A.2d 840 (1967) - a
later dissent, demonstrating that as the years passed the judge did not
lose his taste for either vitriol or rhetoric.
