I need to find a compilation of all state securities law dealing with claim of exemption in an offerings statement. Specifically what is each state's requirement for disclosure in blue sky statements pursuant to claim of exemption.

I have checked CCH Blue Sky Reporter which does have some of the info buried w/in each states tab. But of course the attorney needs a neat chart, list, article all spelled out. I have checked Westlaw.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
