Late in the day I managed to get into their site and got the article I
needed. Possibly the site itself was having troubles. I suppose I should
have waited a bit longer before crying for help.
Many, many thanks to all the wonderful people who offered me really useful
suggestions.
Interesting that some people had NO trouble whatsoever in getting to the
site, while others were in the same boat as I was.
