Dear Law Libbers: I recall a post some time ago, which designated a source
for an excellent article on the perils of unauthorized practice of law,
featuring the advantages afforded to litigants who seemingly appear on
their own behalf, based on pleadings actually drafter by attorneys. Is
anyone able to direct me to the source of such an article.
