really aren't that dumb, just not well worded or obsolete. For example, in
Little Rock (my current home) it is unlawful to walk one's cow down Main
Street after 1:00 PM on Sunday. (My fav is the flirting gets 30 days law)
My fav for humor is the companion site on dumb criminals. It's full of
stories like the bank robber that was caught cause he wrote his demands on
the back of one of his deposit slips.
