I would have thought that a simple AltaVista search for the keywords
"presidential" plus "electoral" plus "college" plus "counting" plus
"ballots" plus "dimpled" will retrieve enough "silly, goofy and/or absurd"
laws to keep your student enquirer more than fully occupied until your next
election !!!!
