BAK Spine Class Action Lawsuit?

A local attorney believes that there is a class action lawsuit
against the makers of the BAK Spine Device. He wants to get
some contact information on the attorneys that are conducting this
class action so that he can refer his client to those attorneys.

I have searched legal news on Lexis and have run searches at the
major Internet Search engines and have not found anything. If
anyone on law-lib would have any more information I would love to
hear it.

Also, I have heard that there is a website that the Federal Courts
were doing to compile information on current class actions. Does
anyone have any information on this?
