I did appreciate the joke, Saundra -- but not your attempt at talibanning
(if I might coin a gerund) this relatively open forum.
Ronald's joke was no more sexual harassment (even here in the states) than
Clarence Thomas' confirmation grilling was a "high-tech lynching." That
kind of polemic doesn't help anybody/anything.
I suspect that as many people might take offense to the "Lipstick
Librarian" link on your website as took offense to Ronald's harmless
attempt to lighten/brighten things up here (though I would hope people
could see the innocent humor in both). Let's not start discussing what is,
and is not, funny.
Taking offense in either case suggests to me we could benefit from a bit
more effort along these lines ...

I did not appreciate that bad attempt at humor. Those type of statements
are considered a type of sexual harassment here in the states. I am really
surprised that you would put it up on a mailing list that is primarily
people involved in the legal field, and many of them women.
