Library Manager
Williams, Kastner & Gibbs PLLC, a law firm with approximately 80 attorneys
and offices in downtown Seattle and Tacoma, is seeking a Library Manager who
will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all library
services and functions.
Successful candidate will have demonstrated skill with collection
acquisition and maintenance, developing and monitoring the annual library
budget, and managing the daily operation of the library. Will provide
significant research and reference services to attorneys and coordinate
training for on-line and CD ROM services (Lexis, Westlaw, etc.) for firm
personnel. Will review and recommend appropriate library material based on
firm needs and budget constraints.
Requires good planning, problem-solving and organizational skills with
advanced research and reference capabilities. Must have strong knowledge of
law library materials and services and possess strong oral and written
communication skills. A master's degree with a minimum of three years' law
librarian experience is required. Excellent pay and benefits.
