I've been trying to find the case subsequent to Mercer v. Duke (dismissed at
32 FS 836, reversed at 190 F3d 643). The person requesting this swears
there was subsequently a substantial award to the plaintiff. I have looked
in Shepard's, Wexis, and Pacer, but have found nothing other than the
original case. Does anyone know if a subsequent case exists, and where I
could find it?
