This is a perfect question for a librarian. Since your experts are doctors you can check Medline to locate any articles they may have written and OCLC for any books; check the local medical licensing board for license info or disciplinary status; check the jury verdict reporters on Lexis or Westlaw to see if they have testified before and provide copies of the verdict summaries (you can also call the plaintiff's or defense counsel for copies of depositions or trial testimony); check the case law for mentions; check the expert witnesses. Most of my attorneys are amazed at the amount of information we can provide. Good luck!!!
web sites for resumes.

I've had a new question come up today. Our civil division needs to do some
background research on some potential expert witnesses. But they and I have
no clue where to begin. What sources are out there and recommended. This
particular time the witness will be medical--physicans and pathologists.
