I've been asked to research if, and if so, how, we can domesticate and collect on a Texas judgment in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. Since St. Maarten is ½ Dutch and ½ French, to be safe, I'm asking the same question for St. Martin on the French side.
Can anyone point me to anything, besides the Martindale-Hubbell Intl. Law Digest (which is all we've got in-house), where I might find the answer? Or, if you have something in-house and would be willing to lend it, that would be greatly appreciated.
I did offer to go and do the research there, but so far they're not taking me up on it. :^)
