I recall reading a message to the list some days ago regarding an Martindale-Hubbell offer to attorneys. M-H proposed linking articles or newsletters authored by attorneys to their M-H listing. The articles would also be distributed to business sources such as Reuters, Dow Jones, and Lexis, free of charge.
Some of our attorneys have received these offers and have asked me for details. Has someone else seen the messages? I would like to know how other firms have dealt with them.
