Admiralty jury instructions

Good Monday morning to all.

One of my attorneys is in search of jury instructions and/or voir dire
questions for admiralty cases. The suit in question involves a collision
between a ship and a bridge, and is concerned with property damage only, so
none of the Jones Act/Longshoreman/Harbor Workers type personal injury
instructions (which are all we have found so far) are applicable.

I have checked the Bender treatise Benedict on Admiralty, the Gilmore book
on the Law of Admiralty, the Michie jury instruction set on Lexis, the
JI-ALL file on Westlaw, and the ALLREV file on Lexis (desperation move to
see if anyone referred to such a thing), as well as the standard sets of
jury instructions that we keep in our library (Devitt & Blackmar, pattern
instructions for the federal circuits). I am aware of two treatises
specifically on marine collisions (mentioned in Specialized Legal Research)
and we are tracking those down. We are also trying to piece together a set
from case law. Is there anywhere else I should be looking? Any tips or
clues would be most helpful.

Thanks in advance
Debra
