Greetings,

We are trying to locate a copy of a french case. The only
information/cite we have is the following:

"Regarded cremated ashes there is a recent decision of the court in
Lille (TGI 23 sept 1997)"

We have tried a number of searches in Lexis/Westlaw to find more
information, and via the Internet without any luck. For any
information, we would be grateful.
