ASPEN rant

Aspen customer service strikes again. I just had an Aspen
customer service rep tell me that they could not change their
records so that an invoice is included under our main account
instead of under the name of an employee who no longer works here.
 The rep supposedly even talked to her supervisor who confirmed
the impossibility of this request.
