While attempting to catalog some of the library's non-law titles, I've
run into a problem with the Book of Mormon. The Library of Congress
number is BX 8623 date. Our copy has no date. The paper is brittle and
may date from late nineteenth or early twentieth century. The volume was
not date stamped when received. It reads seventh Independence edition,
Zion Printing and Publishing Company, Independence, Jackson County,
Missouri.
I doubt we have more than one edition of this title and could probably
just use the 2 lines, but... Any suggestions on how to handle this
problem would be appreciated.
