Good Morning all -
One of our professor thinks that there is a UN Document S/PV.3989
(resumed or resumption). He already has S/PV.3989 and needs the resumed
or resumption document for this number. Does anyone know anything about
the document (whether or not it exists) - and if it is out there, would
it be possible for us to borrow it?
