I have a recollection of reading a posting on another List recently
advising the commencement, in early 2001, of either major amendmemts to the
Canadian Privacy Act, or a new Privacy Act altogether. Regrettably, I
appear to have accidentally deleted that posting, and now I can't find any
relevant info relating thereto in such Canadian locations as I have to date
searched. Is there by any chance a Canadian List-Member interested in
privacy law, that could point me in the right direction ? I'd be most
grateful !!
