For all those who are waiting for me to post the responses to my query,
please forgive me. I left them on my desk, and when I came back to work on
monday, it was gone. I have searched and searched everywhere in the
library, but can't find them. I was holding off informing you, hoping for a
miracle. However, I decided to go with Resource Mate 2.0 by JAYWIL (so far,
no complaint). It cost me about $400.00 with yearly maintenance cost of
