I am looking for two articles that appeared in the CEB (Continuing Education of the Bar - California) Real Property Law Reporter.
The first is entitled "Surveys in Real Property Transactions" by York, 5 CEB Real Prop L Rep 121, 145 (Oct-Nov 1980). The second is entitled "Comment on Surveys in Real Property Transactions" by Cummins, 6 CEB Real Prop L Rep 57 (Apr 1983).
Unfortunately Lexis doesn't carry the CEB materials that far back and none of the local libraries (Arizona) carry them either. If you could fax or mail them to me (any costs would be reimbursed) I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
