Hi!
Can anyone recommend an asbestos *litigation* practice
guide. We have some toxic torts treatises, as well as
products liability, and the attorney isn't interested
in the medical aspects of asbestos. I've looked at
Indexmaster, but I only came up with these and some
Andrews coursebooks.
Please respond to me directly, and I will summarize
for the list if there is interest (?!).
