Sharing a complaint about RIA supplements

We've had a week of problems with nearly every publisher on our books,
starting with Aspen and ending with RIA today.

I thought I'd alert you to an issue with RIA. I just called Customer Service
and registered a strong complaint, left my account number and name, and I'm
hoping others among you might do the same.

Bittker, Federal Income Taxation of Corporations and Shareholders, 7th
Edition, is a POST BINDER. The 2000 supplement that arrived yesterday is a
GLUED BINDING, of the freestanding soft pamphlet variety. I find the mixing
of "styles" to be silly and problematic, to say the least. I've commented
and complained in the past about WGL/RIA having so many publishing formats
(ring binders, bound volumes, post binders) and for a while I thought they
were moving to a more standard format.

The customer service person I talked to went to the RIA library and
confirmed the 7th edition is still a post binder.

Having multiple publishing formats is one thing, but RIA should not be
mixing formats WITHIN THE SAME TITLE.......in my opinion.
