Good Morning - LEXIS, WESTLAW, BNA plus and Docusearch are unable to locate the full text of a case abstracted at 42 USLW 2063(July 31,1973) Kaimowitz v Dept of Mental Health Civil No 73-19434-AW, Wayne County, MI, Circuit Ct of Appeals dated July 10, 1973.
The document retrieval service says the court says there should be 6 digits to the docket number. There are only 5 digits in the BNA abstract as well as in a reference to a John Doe v Dept of Mental Health, Wayne County Civil Action HC-19434-aw in 226 NW2d 673 (unfortunately there is no link to it in LEXIS.)
Any chance anyone has had to research psycho-surgery of criminals and obtained the full text of this case? I would be more than happy to pay for this.
