Hello,
Does anybody know of a database or traditional resource that allows researching
of collectively bargained pension plans for precedential purposes? I have
checked Westlaw and Lexis and while I was able to obtain a couple off of
Livedgar it appears that companies rarely file these as exhibits. Any help
would be much appreciated.
